Once the download is completed just click on the downloaded file and follow the directions. After the program has been installed you can just click on any room link in the VIP Conduit rooms page and you will be taken to the room identified by the link.

You can learn all about the VIP Communicator by listening to the audio manual. Since the manual is separated into sections using a playlist you should make sure your player's shuffle play feature is turned off.
